For it seemeth to me unreasonable to send a prisoner, and not withal to signify the crimes [laid] against him.
Ἄλογον γάρ μοι δοκεῖ, πέμποντα δέσμιον, μὴ καὶ τὰς κατ᾿ αὐτοῦ αἰτίας σημᾶναι.
