Καὶ ἀποκριθεὶς πᾶς ὁ λαὸς εἶπε, Τὸ αἷμα αὐτοῦ ἐφ᾿ ἡμᾶς καὶ ἐπὶ τὰ τέκνα ἡμῶν.

Then answered all the people, and said, His blood [be] on us, and on our children.

All the people answered, “His blood be on us and on our children!”
